Duterte's daughter warmly welcomed to Heilongjiang's 'ice house'

In the days prior to the Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation, President Rodrigo Roa Duterte of the Republic of the Philippines told the media that his daughter wished to see the ice house in China.
