Xi to inspect troops in military parade
President Xi Jinping will inspect troops and deliver an important speech during a military parade at Zhurihe training base in North China's Inner Mongolia autonomous region starting 9 am Sunday to celebrate the 90th birthday of the Chinese People's Liberation Army (PLA).
Xi is also general secretary of the Communist Party of China Central Committee and chairman of the Central Military Commission.
