Should only children be entitled to paid leave?

A short paid leave will not give our parents long happiness. Most of the time, the aged people have to spend time by themselves, as their sons and daughters are working in a faraway city.

As society changes, we have to find opportunities in big cities, which leaves old people in towns and villages behind. There should be a policy to help people find jobs easily everywhere, so they can have an easier life and actually enjoy themselves. This is better than going far away just to have a relatively high-paid job while being called "outcomer" and receiving different treatment from locals.
