China publishes wanted list for cultural relics crime

BEIJING -- The Ministry of Public Security on Monday issued a class-A arrest warrant for 10 major fugitives involved in cultural relics crime.
The ministry encouraged the public to provide information about the following suspects: Liu Bangqiang, Xu Daoyin, Zhang Heng, Wu Guangcheng, Fan Danghui, Ma Weiguo, Fang Guoli, Guan Jingang, Wang Jiantao and Han Wanli.
The ministry also called on the public to expose criminal activities, such as excavating and robbing ancient cultural sites and ancient tombs, as well as stealing and selling cultural relics.
Those who offer information leading to the arrest of the suspects will be rewarded by the ministry.
