Chinese culinary ritual exhibited at UK Sunday brunch

Dim sum is synonymous with tea – in China, locals often greet each other with the expression "Ngoh de heui mh heui yum cha?" which translates as, "Shall we go and have tea?". To resonate with this notion, a wide range of Chinese teas are offered to be paired with dim sum in Hakkasan.

The concept of Dim Sum Sundays started on June 2015, with a menu including a cocktail to start, a starter, a selection of dim sum and a main served with a half bottle of Champagne and a dessert with a digestif cocktail. This offer is available on Sundays and on selected Bank holidays.

"We've received very good feedback for the ambience with the DJ set and food - a different and sophisticated way to have Sunday brunch," Tong said.
