Should celebrities face criminal prosecution for evading taxes?

Some argue that Fan should be held criminally accountable. But I think she actually does deserve a second chance. She didn’t hurt anybody by evading tax. A lesson would be learnt especially with the new hefty fine imposed. This also serves as a reminder for all that if you don't file and pay your taxes, you could face some consequences.
