Sportswear maker Anta helps school in remote region
On that day, 10 distributors and consumer representatives from Sichuan came to the Gongga Mountain, not only for donation of books and stationeries to the students, but also visited a numbers of poor student families.
In order to respond more to charitable activities, in a number of designated Anta stores in Chengdu, consumers were invited to send their blessings to the children in the mountain area by writing greeting cards which were delivered by the representatives.
Meanwhile, Anta also launched an innovative charity donation platform "Donate Steps, Donate Outfit" with Sina.com to allow consumers to participate anytime and anywhere, attracting more than 190,000 netizens to participate.
"We donate a piece of sports outfit to the children for every 2,500 steps counted. A total of 7,874 pieces of outfit were donated through the platform to fulfill our corporate social responsibility," according to Anta.
