New director of Liaison Office in Macao appointed

The State Council, China's cabinet, on Friday appointed Fu Ziying the new director of the Liaison Office of the Central People's Government in the Macao Special Administrative Region.
Fu has spent a long career at the former ministry of foreign trade and economic cooperation, which in 2003 became the Ministry of Commerce.
He became China's international trade representative and vice-minister of commerce in March 2017.
