Chinese Vice-Premier Liu He had a phone conversation with US Trade Representative Robert Lighthizer and Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin on trade issues on Tuesday, according to Xinhua.
The two sides held consultations on key issues and decided the next work arrangement.
