The competition comprises three sections: writing, calligraphy and making speeches. And young people from primary, junior high and senior high schools can sign up.
Speaking about the event, Liu Haitao, the secretary-general of the competition, says: "We want to discover talented young people, give them a stage to show themselves and enable them to influence others."
