Estivallet said BRICS has proven it is an advanced mechanism, which is not only constructive but also creative. Although BRICS countries cannot reach agreement each time regarding each matter, it offers power to cooperate with each other. Peace and safety are the most crucial factors for all BRICS countries, despite their different histories, backgrounds and national conditions.

Li believes BRICS was an economic cooperative mechanism at the very beginning without too many other contents. BRICS, as a cooperative mechanism, can develop better in the future, but it may be better to make BRICS focus on some key fields for better results instead of trying to cover everything.
