Qianxi county in Bijie city, Southwestern China's Guizhou province, has a subtropical warm and humid climate with an average annual temperature of 14.2 Celsius. Rich in mineral and water resources, Qianxi is the energy base of the " West-to-East Power Transmission Project " in Guizhou province.
