More than 82,000 tested in Hong Kong on 1st day of virus testing program

More than 82,000 Hong Kong residents had tested for COVID-19 as of 4 pm on Tuesday, the first day of the Universal Community Testing Program, while over 650,000 people had registered online for testing as of 5 pm.
Participants said it was simple and fast thanks to clear instructions, and called on more people to take the test to locate silent virus carriers.
