Xi'an suspends international flights

All international passenger services have been suspended in Xi'an, capital of Shaanxi province, as it recorded 63 new locally transmitted COVID-19 cases on Wednesday.
With the approval of the Civil Aviation Administration of China, Xi'an Xianyang International Airport in Xi'an, Shaanxi province, suspended the operation of international passenger flights from Jan 5 until further notice, sources from the airport told Xinhua.
Previously, the airport had halted all domestic flights.
