Richard Cullen, a law professor based in Hong Kong, spoke to China Daily about his confidence in Hong Kong remaining an international financial center. He hoped that the new administration, under the sixth-term chief executive, will make headway fixing the housing problem for a solid foundation in solving other long-existing problems.
