My CIIE Story ? Great Opportunity: Linde embraces green development

Linde set its latest sustainable growth goals last year – the company's absolute greenhouse gas emissions will decline by 35 percent by 2035 compared to 2021 and we will achieve climate neutrality in 2050. In light of this, we displayed our innovative technologies, products, and services, including hydrogen energy solutions, lithium ion batteries and an industrial gases manufacturing and distribution system designed for industrial parks, during the past two editions of the CIIE. The system can greatly improve resource utilization and help enterprises in the parks realize low-carbon development.

The CIIE has provided a great platform for Linde to carry out hydrogen energy projects in China. At the fourth CIIE, our one-stop hydrogen refueling solution received much attention from visitors and media. After communicating with other companies in the industry, we found our Chinese partners are passionate about working with Linde to explore the emerging hydrogen energy market.

Due to the expo, Linde has been expanding its investments in China. We have invested in the petrochemical projects of many free trade zones in China and hydrogen energy projects in places in East and North China.

Linde is looking forward to further helping China achieve its carbon peak and neutrality goals via the CIIE in the future.
