China's science, tech collaboration a big plus for world

China's "two sessions" of 2023 will be held in Beijing this weekend. High technology and science will be a topic at the gatherings. George Koo, former vice-chairman of the Committee of 100 and an international business consultant in California, told China Daily that China's collaborative relations with other countries in science and technology have made a substantial contribution to underdeveloped countries and the world.
