Solid to Succeed! XCMG, China's strongest line-up at the CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2023

As spring returns and everything revives with glory, the four-day CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2023 in Las Vegas, USA, officially opened on March 14. Under the theme of "Solid to succeed", XCMG appeared on the exhibition with its new global products, cutting-edge technologies and innovative services, becoming a dazzling "star" shining on the stage of the world construction machinery competition.

CONEXPO-CON/AGG, held every three years, is one of the world's largest construction machinery exhibitions with a long-standing reputation. Against the background of the normalization of COVID-19 and the continuous release of the effect of the policy of stabilizing foreign trade, XCMG has taken great strides to "Go Global", providing intelligent, sustainable and efficient complete sets of engineering equipment and solutions for global customers, reflecting the vigorous potential of the high-quality development of Chinese manufacturing.

As the Chinese brand with the largest exhibition area and the largest number of exhibits and categories, XCMG ploughed deep into the construction area and elaborated its products with 50 flagship models in nine categories, covering crane machinery, excavation machinery, loading machinery, piling machinery, road machinery, aerial work platforms, mining machinery, port machinery and trucks. 20 XCMG products tailored for the North American market also made their debut at the exhibition, catching the eyes of customers from all over the world to discuss and consult. The batch delivery of 100 excavators and road rollers set the whole venue alight.

"This is the most complete lineup of Chinese construction machinery products I have ever seen, and it is also the largest Chinese manufacturer's stand in the history of the exhibition so far, XCMG's development is shocking!," Li Kaien, General Manager of Asia AEM Industry Association USA, spoke highly of the opening ceremony.

In the intense market competition, electrification, intelligence and digitalization become the new growth point of the construction machinery industry. It is reported that the 17 types of excavators exhibited at this year's event, all of which adopt electric hydraulic systems. Auxiliary constructions such as intelligent weighing and one-touch automatic slope repair, or leveling, are available as options, and production efficiency has been significantly improved. "We have cracked the core component problems such as battery, electric control and motor, and have actually achieved mass production of the products." Dong Yuzhong, Vice President of the Research Institute of XCMG's Excavating Machinery Division, introduced that XCMG has made important breakthroughs in areas such as electrification technology and intelligent platforms.

XCMG's pure electric battery counterbalanced forklift BP600, BTW250 and pure electric drive off-road wide body dump truck XGE105 also brought great surprises on site. The "Rookie" XS125 single drum roller equipped with the latest unmanned control technology, automatic rolling construction accuracy of less than 2cm, and staged a hardcore version of "ChatGPT" for construction machinery, winning praise from visitors.
