'A Date with China' intl media tour experiences Zhangzhou

"A Date with China – Meet Fujian" 2023 international media tour visited Moon Harbor, Daimei village and Gulei Petrochemical Industry Park in Zhangzhou, East China's Fujian province, on Sunday.

Moon Harbor was named one of "the four commerce harbors" in Fujian history. During the mid and late Ming Dynasty (1368-1644), Moon Harbor became the only legal port of departure on the Maritime Silk Road.

Praised with the title "first village in south Fujian", Daimei village in Zhangzhou is the biggest and most well-preserved ancient folk house group, which is the best example of "south Fujian red-brick building group".

Gulei Petrochemical Industry Park of Fujian is one of the seven major petrochemical industry bases and the only Taiwan petrochemical industry park in China.
