US intelligence report found no evidence Wuhan lab as COVID virus source

A recently declassified ten-page report from The Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) has stated that there is no evidence supporting the theory that the COVID-19 virus originated from China's Wuhan Institute of Virology (WIV).

According to the report, the work conducted at the Wuhan lab was primarily focused on public health needs. While the lab was involved in researching various coronaviruses, there is no evidence of any known viruses that could plausibly serve as a precursor to SARS-CoV-2, the specific coronavirus responsible for causing COVID-19.
