Master craftsman: Versatile fish farmer keen to serve the freshest

At Longyangxia reservoir of Qinghai with an elevation of more than 2,600 meters, fish is always fresh to be served thanks to a skilled fish farmer Xie Chengyun. Xie is versatile on the production line and involved in quite several working processes. He is skilled in making nice cuts when butchering the fish and more correct than the machine in classifying fish and packing ice on the fish. As a former PLA soldier, he said his army experience influenced him a lot to give him sound hands and strong endurance.
