Located in the Hunshandake desert, Zhenglan Banner in Xiliin Gol League, Inner Mongolia, boasts various ecological systems that provide habitat for wild animals and make an ideal travel and sightseeing destination for wildlife lovers.
Shangdu river national wetland park in Zhenglan Banner is home to more than 90 species of wild birds, mammals, amphibians and reptiles, of which eight are under first-level national protection and 29 are under second-level protection.
