Knight Dairy lists on Beijing Stock Exchange

Inner Mongolia Knight Dairy Group Co (stock abbreviation: Knight Dairy, stock code: 832786) in Baotou, North China's Inner Mongolia autonomous region, achieved a significant milestone on Oct 13 by successfully entering the Beijing Stock Exchange.

This achievement marks Knight Dairy as the first dairy company to go public on the Beijing Stock Exchange, receiving substantial support from the autonomous region's financial regulatory authority and the Baotou government.

With an issuance price of 5 yuan ($0.68) per share, Knight Dairy raised a total of 261 million yuan, earmarked for its dairy farming expansion project.

Established in 2000, Knight Dairy is focused on the agricultural, pastoral, dairy, and sugar industries. Its operations include dairy cattle breeding, supplying fresh milk, and the production of dairy products and white sugar.

Going public will empower Knight Dairy to harness the potential of the capital market, allowing it to scale up its operations, optimize its structure, and facilitate the broader development of Inner Mongolia's dairy industry.

Currently, Knight Dairy's sales network covers over 20 provinces across China, with 23 production lines producing more than 100 varieties of dairy products. This listing is a major achievement in Inner Mongolia's capital market development and stands as an exemplary case of local enterprise success in Baotou.
