14th China (Taizhou) International Medical Expo set to open

The 14th China (Taizhou) International Medical Expo will take place in the Taizhou Medical High-tech Zone – located in Taizhou city, in East China's Jiangsu province – on Oct 19-22.

This year's expo emphasizes internationalization and aims to strengthen connections with countries and regions involved in the Belt and Road Initiative.

With nearly 600 domestic and international companies attending – representing 17 countries and regions – the expo promises to be a global showcase for cutting-edge medical technologies and biopharma products.

Participants range from multinational corporations like GE and Nestlé to domestic giants like the Yangtze River Pharmaceutical Group and Suzhong Pharma.

Spread over 30,000 square meters, the exhibition will consist of three halls, each focusing on different aspects of the medical industry.

E1-1 is dedicated to the supply chain exhibitions of the Yangtze River Pharmaceutical Group, Suzhong Pharma and Jumpcan Pharmaceutical Group. E1-2 features the central exhibition area, domestic and international pharma companies and foreign group exhibitions.

Elsewhere, E2-2 serves as a platform for results trading, showcasing the technical and service areas related to medical devices and the health industry.

Special attention will be given to the Taizhou Medical High-tech Zone exhibition area, where nearly 100 companies will display their products.

These will cover such fields as biologics, innovative pharmaceuticals, medical devices (diagnostic reagents), modern traditional Chinese medicine, special medical foods, cosmetics and pharmaceutical ingredients.
