Boban Totovski, secretary-general of International Esports Federation, said that IESF, as an international esports organization recognized by the International Olympic Committee (IOC), has the largest influence in the global esports field, boasting the most member countries and the longest history.

"My organization has been committed to promoting the internationalization and regularization of esports in the world," Totoski said. "WEC is the official flagship event of IESF. As an important part of WEC, AEC and WEDC have both settled in China, which is the first time for IESF to appear in China, It will serve as an important prelude to the "Esports Olympics" from 2025 to 2026. The AEC and WEDC authorization ceremony was held at the press conference. CNCG was authorized by IESF as the host of AEC and WEDC. CNCG will be responsible for the establishment of a local organizing committee, as well as organizing, coordinating and implementing all matters related to the event and a series of activities.
