Abouelnadar Salem, an Egyptian associate professor specializing in agricultural machinery, is currently immersed in a three-year initiative in Shandong, a prominent grain-producing province in East China.
The program he is involved in seeks to optimize the utilization of agricultural machinery to tackle challenges related to saline-alkaline soil and elevate the productivity of these lands.
