The Shanghai Municipal Administration for Market Regulation has simplified procedures for food and beverage businesses, enhancing service industry access through streamlined registration processes and online permit management.

The Shanghai Municipal Commission of Commerce and Shanghai Customs have launched reforms, including an expanded scope of pre-ruling applicants and a pilot program for importing used automobile components for research and development.

The Shanghai Municipal Bureau of Public Security has strengthened its law enforcement and dispute resolution capabilities by integrating a special industry security management system with a convenient "one-stop window" platform.

The Shanghai Municipal Commission of Housing and Urban-Rural Development has made construction project approvals more accessible, thus promoting integrated services, streamlined procedures, and adherence to international standards.

The Shanghai Municipal Bureau of Planning and Natural Resources has launched a centralized "one-stop" due diligence service to enhance information accessibility. This service streamlines real estate information queries and due diligence for businesses and the public.

Measures to uphold intellectual property rights and ensure consumer protection have been implemented by the Shanghai Intellectual Property Administration and the Shanghai High People's Court, respectively.

The People's Bank of China Shanghai Head Office and the Foreign Affairs Office of the Shanghai Municipal People's Government have collaborated to develop payment service guides for foreigners arriving in Shanghai, covering various payment methods and currency exchange options.

Moreover, district-specific initiatives across Shanghai have been created to enhance the business environment through digital upgrades, policy communication, international agreements, and innovative dispute-resolution models.
