State Grid Hefei Power Supply Company establishes 'Park Network Co-Construction' service

On the morning of July 15, at the "Park Network Co-Construction" convenience service point of the Management Committee of Hefei Circular Economy Demonstration Park in Feidong county, Anhui province, Li Yahui, an enterprise manager, came to the power supply service window with billing information to handle electricity payment and invoicing.

"Now that there is a power supply service window in the circular Park, we can handle all kinds of electricity business nearby, saving a lot of time." Li Yahui told Niu Yong, a power grid member of Cuozhen central power supply station of State Grid Hefei power supply company, who accepted the business on site.

Hefei Circular Economy Demonstration Park is an important industrial production and manufacturing base in Feidong county, mainly involving photovoltaic, new energy, environmental protection materials, chemical products, equipment parts manufacturing and other industrial industries.

In 2023, the park has 72 industrial enterprises above the designated size, with an annual output value of 57 billion yuan ($7.84 billion). At present, the park has 245 important power customers and 15 newly started industrial projects, driving the development of upstream and downstream enterprises.

With the entry of enterprises, the demand for high-quality power supply services is growing rapidly. In June 2023, in response to the demands of enterprises in Hefei Circular Economy Demonstration Park for rapid power supply, Hefei power supply company took the initiative to connect with the park management committee, put forward the construction scheme of "Park Network Co Construction" power supply service points, set up a power supply service window in the Park, and arranged power supply service personnel to implement the shift system to provide customers with services such as power consumption consulting, business inquiry, electricity fee payment, bill collection, capacity increase and application for new installed power supply.

At the same time, the company hired Wu Tao, a staff member of the park management committee, as the power liaison, and arranged Niu Yong, the customer manager, as the power grid member to coordinate and communicate with enterprises' power consumption, power grid construction, energy conservation, and emission reduction and other power related matters.

When serving the needs of enterprises to install electricity by telegram, the company also set up a special class of "grid member + liaison member + technical personnel of professional departments" to understand the information of key projects' landing, construction commencement, electricity demand and other information in advance, formulate the enterprise power supply service plan, assist in filling in the information of electricity business and provide the whole process tracking service.

In September 2023, Anhui Yongchang New Materials Co, Ltd submitted an application for the installation of a new 630 kVA power supply to Hefei Power Supply Company.

According to the information on enterprise capacity expansion and production increase provided by Wu Tao, the park's power liaison, Niu Yong, the power grid member, organized various disciplines to investigate the enterprise in advance, determined the T-connection point of the nearest 10 kV line, formulated a power supply scheme for the enterprise, and took the initiative to guide Yang Lianghu, the person in charge of the enterprise, to fill in the power application materials and understand the construction and production plan of the enterprise in detail.

After the power supply scheme is confirmed, Niu Yong collects the power supply information, assists the enterprise in handling the application for new installation, and tracks the progress of the customer's supporting power projects.

After the completion of the project, Niu Yong contacted the technical personnel of professional departments such as marketing and operation inspection in advance to carry out the acceptance of the customer's power distribution project and complete all preparations before power transmission and operation.

As Anhui Yong chang New Material Co Ltd is a polyester resin powder coating manufacturer, after the installation and commissioning of the assembly line equipment of the phase II project, it needs to be accepted by the local fire protection, environmental protection, safety and other departments before it can meet the requirements of the production license.

In order to cooperate with the production plan of the enterprise, Niu Yong communicated with Yang Lianghu, the person in charge of the enterprise, and determined the scheme of delaying the power transmission by two months.

In December 2023, with the successful power transmission of newly installed power distribution equipment, the phase II project of Anhui Yongchang New Materials Co Ltd was successfully put into trial production. It is estimated that the annual output of polyester resin materials can reach 40,000 tons, with a total annual production value of 670 million yuan. "With the help of the special service class of the power supply company, we have directly saved 56,700 yuan of basic electricity expenses." Yang Lianghu said.

Up to now, Hefei power supply company has established the first "Park Network Co-Construction" power convenience service point in Hefei Circular Economy Demonstration Park. Through the "power liaison" and "power grid member" service modes, it has solved more than 60 power consumption problems of enterprise customers and ensured the timely power transmission of three key industrial projects.
