Taizhou to host its first full marathon event

Taizhou in Jiangsu is preparing to host its inaugural full marathon event on Oct 20.
The Taizhou marathon will feature three race categories: a full marathon, a half marathon, and a mini-run, with a total of 20,000 participants expected.

Alongside the marathon, visitors can explore Taizhou's rich heritage, including the unique Neolithic male elk fossil, and enjoy local attractions such as famous temples and scenic spots along the Fengcheng River. The city also offers vibrant opera and folk culture experiences, as well as bustling commercial streets.
