Dance drama pays tribute to national anthem, martyrs

Since April, the dance drama has been touring nationwide, and so far nearly 60 shows have been staged, according to Yang Xia, artistic director of the production, who is also the head of the Hunan Song and Dance Theater.
"Many dancers in the production are as young as Tian Han and Nie Er when they wrote the song. Our audiences are also very young. They share the similar passion though they are from different times," said Yang.
