China Coast Guard conducts patrol off Diaoyu Islands

China Coast Guard vessel formation 1303 conducted a patrol within China's territorial waters off the Diaoyu Islands on Friday, the China Coast Guard said.
In a brief statement posted online on Friday morning, the CCG said the patrol was carried out according to law to protect rights, without providing further details.
