Xiliinhot hosts scrumptious instant-boiled meat festival

An instant-boiled meat festival in the Inner Mongolia autonomous region was recently held in Xiliinhot, Xiliin Gol League.

At the Xiliin Lake ice rink, residents and tourists tasted instant-boiled meat from hot pots and saw other agricultural and animal products exhibited there.

An instant-boiled meat banquet cooking competition was also held, and cooks from 10 catering enterprises in various regions of Inner Mongolia demonstrated their excellent culinary skills.
