Yinchuan, Ningxia, hosted its third Private Economy High-Quality Development Conference on March 3, announcing comprehensive measures to cultivate a dynamic business environment.
The city honored 50 outstanding private enterprises and 100 exemplary private entrepreneurs and introduced its first group of "Business-Friendly Ambassadors", awarding them certificates, trophies, and gift packages.
The conference included four concurrent sessions focusing on enterprise-friendly policies, financial services, supply-demand coordination, and talent recruitment.
Yinchuan also introduced several policy measures, such as the Urban Opportunities List, the Urban Development Negative List, the Advantageous Enterprises Supply and Demand List, the Public Employment Services Activities List, and specialized financial products. These initiatives aim to enhance finance, talent, and supply and demand connections for enterprises.
The "Yinchuan First Batch of Urban Opportunities List" outlines 100 opportunities across four major categories, including government supply. The city also launched the "Government-Enterprise Communication" service platform, which features intelligent policy matching and online one-click applications.
The platform has published 202 policies, disbursed 200 million yuan ($27.62 million) in rewards and subsidies, and achieved over 8 billion yuan in tax and fee reductions. The number of market entities in Yinchuan has now surpassed 400,000.
Yinchuan has attracted 162 scientific and innovative talents and retained 140,000 young talents for employment and entrepreneurship. It is now home to 342 innovative small and medium-sized enterprises, 227 "specialized, refined, distinctive, and innovative" enterprises, and 14 national-level "Little Giant" enterprises.
