          Top executive: 'China's bakery industry is evolving at breathtaking speed'

          Sinodis, the Chinese subsidiary of global dairy leader Savencia, is trying to help shape the future of China's bakery industry with its innovative products to meet Chinese consumers' growing appetite for healthier indulgences.

          Making its appearance at the 27th edition of Asia's premier baking trade show in Shanghai, Sinodis is demonstrating how the company is shaping the future of China's booming sector with its innovative lineup of guilt-free baking solutions.

          Displaying its two revolutionary products at this year's Bakery China exhibition, Sinodis aims to show that its Elle & Vire Finesse — a light whipping cream, and the Corman Pure Whipping Cream — a premium domestic product made exclusively from Chinese milk with no additives, are an answer to the industry's call for clean-label solutions.

          As China's bakery market continues its rapid expansion — projected to reach $82.5 billion by 2027 — Sinodis is strategically positioned to capitalize on several key trends, which include a health and wellness movement that sees 68 percent of Chinese consumers actively seeking reduced-sugar options, the premiumization of baking ingredients, and the digital transformation of foodservice procurement and education.

          It has been learned that the Elle & Vire Finesse, a light whipping cream containing just 25 percent fat, represents a major leap forward in low-fat dessert production.

          "The Chinese mainland remains one of Elle & Vire Professionnel's most dynamic and strategic markets," said Annick Renou, marketing and communication director of Retail & Food Service at Savencia, noting that "Our new Finesse cream perfectly embodies our local approach, combining French dairy expertise with deep local market understanding to empower Chinese chefs."

          Both products were showcased through live demonstrations by MOF pastry chef Nicolas Boussin, highlighting their exceptional performance and versatility.

          Beyond product innovations, Sinodis also highlighted substantial upgrades to its MySinodis digital platform, now featuring enhanced training resources and streamlined ordering systems, with the ecosystem connecting China's baking professionals with products, knowledge, and community support in unprecedented ways.
