In the letter, he expressed his joy that the villagers had made new progress and experienced income growth.
By 2024, their per capita disposable income had surpassed 40,000 yuan ($5,583). With greater unity and higher aspirations, Kala village is determined to continue its path to prosperity — guided by care and driven by hope.
