Russian professor: SCO nations deliver more together

"I'm sure that all the countries that are SCO member states face more or less the same challenges. Those countries can deliver much more together than each country individually," said Nikita Lomagin, vice-rector for Government Relations and professor at the School of History, European University in St. Petersburg, Russia, during his visit to the Tianjin Port on Monday.
