Overnight at a 24-hour library in Shanghai

In downtown Shanghai, there's a light that never goes out. It is Heping Library, also known as the Heping branch of Hongkou Library. Recently nominated for the Public Library of the Year Award 2025 by the International Federation of Library Associations and Institutions and ranked second globally, this first 24-hour park library in Shanghai is more than a place for books.
