New model reshapes hybrid sedan market

For a long time, in the mid-to-large-sized hybrid sedan market, most models only have core configurations such as four-wheel drive, lidar, high-performance computing chips in their high-end versions, and their prices are generally high.

The Lynk & Co 10 EM-P, which debuted on Sept 8, has reshaped the competitive logic of this market.

This vehicle is equipped with the eAWD intelligent electric four-wheel drive system. Combined with the chassis built on the CMA Evo medium and large-sized platform architecture and the hydraulic variable damping suspension technology, it performs well in conditions including acceleration, braking, and risk avoidance.

Lin Jie, general manager of Lynk & Co, said, “Consumers may have previously regarded Lynk & Co as excellent in various aspects, though not particularly strong in terms of intelligence. With our new product, we aim to change that perception.”

The core competitiveness of this car stems from its full-chain independent R&D capabilities, some analysts said, adding that the breakthrough is a microcosm of the transformation of China's auto industry from "scale expansion" to "value leap".
