Honghua's smart solutions boost energy industry
Dongfang Honghua launched its intelligent fracturing solutions on September 19, aiming to advance unconventional oil and gas extraction towards greater intelligence, efficiency, and sustainability. The initiative supports the global energy security strategy with enhanced equipment capabilities.
The event, themed "Intelligence towards the Future," attracted more than 300 experts from over 200 enterprises, universities, and research institutions across more than 20 countries.
Honghua, a Sichuan-based enterprise specializing in oil and gas exploration equipment and drilling services, has integrated 33 steps from traditional fracturing operations and streamlined them into a single move.
The solution reduces manual operations by 90 percent, increases operational efficiency by 15 percent, and cuts carbon emissions by approximately 92 percent. These improvements are transforming extensive fracturing operations.
Honghua's electric fracturing services have already been deployed in over 30,000 operations, with generator set capacity exceeding 200 MW, cumulative power generation exceeding 180 million kWh, and dedicated grid power lines exceeding 600 kilometers.
