British adventurers unlock dual hiking experiences in Lijiang
UK outdoor influencers Clark David James and Andrew Jameson, from the show Drone and Phone, recently unlocked dual hiking experiences in Lijiang, Yunnan province.
Andrew Jameson chose to descend a 40-minute stone stairway from Baoshan Stone village to the riverside, where he took a ferry to leisurely cruise the Jinsha River, enjoying the soothing scenery.
Meanwhile, Clark David James continued to challenge the ancient mule trail, a narrow path embedded in the canyon wall with a vertical drop of 130-140 meters straight down to the Jinsha River. Every step on this thousand-year-old path is filled with heart-pounding excitement.
The two adventurers reunited in Yanke village, where they shared their extraordinary experiences over a hot pot.
Dubbed by Lonely Planet as "China's Outdoor Paradise", Yunnan hides countless world-class hiking routes — and this is just one part of their adventure into its wild beauty.
