Two rare bird species spotted at Yunnan's Napahai Lake

Photographers recently captured images of two rare bird species at the Napahai Lake Nature Reserve in Yunnan province, one of the world's most important wetlands, according to the reserve's management and protection bureau.
Liu Qiang, an associate professor at Southwest Forestry University, has confirmed that the birds photographed are Spotted Redshank and Slender-billed Gull, marking the first sighting of the two rare bird species in the area.
