Shanghai hosts Spring Festival reception for intl media
The information office of the Shanghai municipal government hosted a Spring Festival reception for Chinese and foreign media in the Lujiazui area on Monday, bringing together media leaders, foreign correspondents based in Shanghai, representatives from local chambers of commerce and businesses, and international students.
At the event, the office announced an upgrade to its newsletter service for foreign media correspondents in the city. The revamped service will focus more on providing economic coverage, including macroeconomic data releases, updates on leading industries, and analytical articles.
Participants from home and abroad said they had witnessed Shanghai's high-quality development over the past year and are committed to actively sharing the city's dynamic progress with the world.
