Throughout the exhibition, fashion repeatedly returned to the core theme of the body. One student used fiber-optic cables to simulate deep-sea jellyfish, creating an interactive, wearable installation that responds to touch, with body temperature triggering visible changes on the surface.
Another translated the anxiety and fear of entering unfamiliar environments into wearable language through pixelated visuals and slowed visual cues, transforming psychological experiences into physical form.
Other works focused on disabilities, reimagining leg-support devices as sculptural garment structures and prompting a reconsideration of assistive tools within both bodily experience and the social gaze.
