Yiwu thrives in Xmas products market

Hit by the EU debt woes, Yiwu decided to shift its focus to emerging markets such as South America, Russia, Africa and India. From January to July, the city's export value of Christmas products reached $38.8 million, up 71.6 percent year-on-year; the total shipment has grown 74.1 percent year-on-year to hit 6,800 metric tons.
