Li: No likelihood of hard landing

The country's economy is projected to see steady growth without the likelihood of a hard landing, said Premier Li Keqiang at a news conference on Wednesday.

Li said China created more than 13 million new jobs last year and the economy has shown signs of improvement recently.

The nation will continue to implement economic reform and simplify administrative procedures, he added.
