Mercedes-Benz emerges as star of Auto China

The Concept Coupe SUV, a crossover vehicle brought the best of both worlds in which the automaker has deep heritage.

The vehicle boasts a frameless door design that smoothly flows into its flat and extended roofline, as well as a striking radiator grille with a central chrome louvre.

Muscular fenders, large wheel arches, and imposing 22-inch wheels further exhibit its sport coupe personality.

At the same time, it shows off the latest features from Mercedes-Benz with superb handling from the 9G-TRONIC Plus transmission and Dynamic Select Control air suspension system on board.

With a stylish design and driving dynamics that raise the bar across market segments, the Concept Coupe SUV illustrates the possibilities of a sportier and dynamic "on-road" line from Mercedes-Benz.

Another star from Mercedes, the sleek CLA, also joined the new models on display.

Fresh off its China premiere at Mercedes-Benz International Fashion Week, the CLA became the industry's first premium compact sport sedan with the official launch of the CLA 260 4MATIC.

Joining the new "untamed" fashion icon were two new models from Mercedes-Benz' high-performance brand - the CLA 45 AMG 4MATIC and A 45 AMG 4MATIC.  

The launch of these two products brings AMG into the high-performance compact segment, a move that is sure to attract a new set of Chinese customers to the brand. 

Not to be outdone, Mercedes-Benz expanded its S-Class family with the addition of the top-of-the-line S 600 L and its awe-inspiring V12 engine, as well as the king of driving performance - the S 65 L AMG.
