China's stocks close mixed Friday

BEIJING - Chinese equities closed mixed Friday with the benchmark Shanghai Composite Index down 3.78 points, or 0.15 percent, to close at 2,598.69.
The Shenzhen Component Index rose 44.23 points, or 0.40 percent, to end at 11,208.25.
Combined turnover stood at 182.24 billion yuan ($27.16 billion), down from 243.77 billion yuan the previous trading day.
