HONG KONG - Hong Kong stocks surged 372.37 points, or 1.66 percent, to close at 22,770.47 on Monday.
The benchmark Hang Seng Index opened 415.15 points higher and stayed high in the positive territory throughout the trading hours, with the lowest level at 22,728.65.
Turnover totaled HK$78.97 billion.
