The imported sports car is equipped with a 4.0-liter V8 TFSI engine and an 8-speed Tiptronic transmission. It produces maximum power of 382kW/5800-6400rpm and boasts peak torque of 650Nm/1700-5500rpm.
The S8 accelerates from zero to 100km/h in only 4.2 seconds and has a top speed of 250km/h. It consumes 11 liters of gasoline per 100km. With the new engine and Audi's lightweight technology, the all-new S8 cuts fuel consumption by almost 20 percent and increases power by 15 percent when compared with the former-generation model equipped with 5.2-liter V10 naturally aspirated engine. It is 5146mm long, 1949mm wide and 1485mm high. It has a 2994mm wheelbase. The S8 retails 1,983,000 yuan in China.
