First alpine rail gets midnight maintenance

Workers have to work against the bitter cold from midnight to 4:30 am in order to avoid accidents from high speed trains operating trials during the day. The Harbin-Dalian high-speed rail starts north from Harbin city, Heilongjiang province, through three northeastern provinces stretching for 921 kilometers to Dalian city, Liaoning province.
